The Megasealed National Conference united 34 franchisees to share the spirit and success of Megasealed, as the established brand eyes expansion to their current franchise offering.

Bringing together franchisees from around Australia, Megasealed proudly celebrated the ongoing success of the franchise network during their National Conference and Awards Evening held in Scarborough, Perth on March 17th.

The collaborative Conference event was designed to inspire, motivate franchisees and to celebrate the resilience and success of the Megasealed network. Recognising the need for enhanced business resilience and collaboration in the current business environment, this year’s conference theme centred on empowering the network to ‘Share the Spirit’.

In honour of this year’s conference theme, ‘Share the Spirit’, Megasealed is acutely focused on solidifying resilience and collaboration among their franchise network. With bolstering success, adaptability to overcome challenges unique to the industry, and increasing the breadth of Megasealed’s service offering front of mind for the business.

THE MEGASEALED CONFERENCE & AWARDS GALA

Welcomed by Megasealed Founder and Managing Director Jacques Courtin, delegates were immersed in an array of keynote speaker presentations, supplier showcases, team-building exercises, and training workshops.

In addition to celebrating the unparalleled growth trajectory of Megasealed and 26 years of making a difference for customers, Megasealed proudly announced their new charitable partnership with National Breast Cancer Foundation. The partnership will see Megasealed fundraise in support of breast cancer research and awareness over the next 12 months, with $5,000 raised during the awards evening.

In speaking to the importance of connecting with the franchise network in a hands-on setting and discussing what is in the pipeline for Megasealed, Jacques Courtin said:

The highlight of the Conference was the lively gala awards dinner held on Friday, March 17^th as Megasealed recognised the achievements of numerous top-performing franchisees from around the country for the previous year. The awards evening acknowledged seven winners across multiple categories including ‘Consultant of the Year’, ‘Tech of the Year’, and ‘National Sales Performance’.
