Phil Brown’s years of service to Megasealed have been recognised at the company’s 2019 National Conference.

Phil, who has dedicated over 20 years to Megasealed Newcastle, received the ‘Recognition of Years of Service Award’, presented by Founder & Managing Director Jacques Courtin.

This award recognises Phil’s dedication and commitment to the company, with two decades of loyal service. Phil is a Newcastle local, salt of the earth family guy who always takes pride in his craft, role and community.

Phil received a standing ovation at the Gala Awards Dinner, which was the penultimate event of the two-day conference at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in the Hunter Valley. 

Held over October 31st and November 1st, the program featured team-bonding activities, games, raffles, live music and an innovative program around the theme of ‘Evolve’.

Phil’s award was a highlight of the event and represents the spirit of an organisation that strives to work together as a whole. Said Phil:

“Thanks for putting your trust in me twenty years ago. We have had our ups and downs but it’s been a wild, amazing ride.”
