Megasealed  was first developed in 1988, as Jacques Courtin discovered industry sealants weren’t dampening the effects of shower recess leakage, creating a culture of stop-gaps and patch-work alternatives. Inspired by customer dissent, Courtin combined his resources  to create a guaranteed product, Megasealed, refining its formula over an eight year period before establishing Megasealed Bathrooms & Balconies in 1996.
