Damian Elvey from Megasealed Sydney Inner West & Sydney Central West has won the highly-competitive ‘National Inventory Turnover Award’ at the company’s 2019 National Conference in the  Hunter Valley.

This award is presented every year to a franchisee who has established outstanding inventory practices. For example, they sell goods quicker and have a higher demand, according to their turnover ratio.

The action-packed conference was hosted at the beautiful Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in the Hunter Valley, and featured a progressive program of innovative speakers around the theme of ‘Evolve’

Attended by franchisees from around the country, it was a well-earned opportunity to learn new growth strategies, network in a relaxed environment and win a host of amazing prizes. 

Eight awards were given out at the Gala Awards Dinner on the evening of Friday 1st November, presented by Megasealed Founder & Managing Director Jacques Courtin and Marketing Manager Valerie Petersen.

Daniel Chojnacki and Adam Cooper from Brisbane West and Andrea and Warren Akeroyd from Brisbane Central were also nominated in the National Inventory Turnover category, for their strong and reliable frameworks.

However, there could only be one winner!  Damian won for consistently demonstrating excellence in his inventory practices, inspiring the national team with his high turnover ratio.

“This is an exciting achievement for the whole team,” said Damian. “A lot of hard work goes into maintaining our healthy inventory. This underscores everyone’s dedication.”
