Megagrip™ Heavy Duty is an Epoxy based application with a heavy duty imbedded aggregate: this can be applied to the surface of the tiles as strips (or larger surface areas if required) to strongly reduce the likelihood of slipping.
Application: Megagrip™ Heavy Duty is used for outdoor areas and is ideal for wet areas like showers, toilets and bathrooms.
Can be used on: Concrete, terracotta tiles, ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, limestone, marble and granite.
Megagrip Standard is an Epoxy based application containing crushed quartz and coupling agents for the simple and reliable creation of slip-resistant profiles; this is applied to the surface of the tiles to highly reduce the likelihood of slipping. We recommend conducting a sample test area as the texture of tiles will change.
Can be used on: Ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, limestone, marble and granite.
Application: Megagrip Standard can only be applied to indoor areas and is ideal for wet areas like showers, toilets, bathrooms and kitchens.
The Chemical Etchant is a chemical based application that etches the tiles to leave a satin or ‘hone’ finish to the surface of the tiles to reduce the likelihood of slipping. We recommend conducting a sample test area as colour and texture of tiles can impact on the visual result.
Can be used on: Terracotta tiles, ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, limestone, marble and granite. Depending on the quality, age, condition and colour of tile surface may change colour.
Application: The Chemical Etchant can be applied to both indoor and outdoor areas and is ideal for larger areas.
